An innovation diagnosis consists of two distinct parts:
- Questionnaire for diagnosis.
- Report with improvement plan.
Project feasibility analysis
Not all projects that arise in a company through the ideas that are generated internally or externally are viable, whether technically, economically or financially. Therefore, having an evaluation methodology that takes into account certain criteria gives the company a powerful management tool.
In order to know which projects we should implement and which projects should be implemented, and if we have detected several projects, which we must prioritize, we will have to establish two classifications based on certain criteria used to organize and select such projects:
- Valuation criteria.
- Strategic criteria.
APUEN will establish a customized methodology for each company based on its strategy and needs, and evaluating those projects that may have competitive advantages and are viable according to the mentioned criteria.
This service will be developed through face-to-face tutoring of innovation in the company and subsequent design of a management tool.
